Getting Back in Shape - Plan B

So another kilogram down.  Still got 12kg to go though.  It will be 7kg back to when I fell pregnant, and a further 5 kg to my ideal weight.

I am struggling to keep my portion sizes down to where I know they need to be.  I know this is from habit not hunger as well.

So, have decided to do a meal replacement shake for breakfast and lunch.

I can buy these babies at Aldi for $2 a pop.

With lunch I will also have a green salad, a la Jenny Craig (that is, no cheese or dressing or high fat additions).  Also with breakfast I will have fruit.  I will keep my yoghurt and seed for afternoon tea or supper.  I also cooked up a batch of non-starchy vegetable soup for additional snack food.

Dinner will be as normal, but TRY to monitor portion size. Do you realise how small we should be eating?  It is crazy when you look at how much we do normally get served in restaurants

Anyway I have done this for nearly five days now and I certainly feel less bloated which is a good thing.  I regret having to go back into the sugar thing, as these guys have lots of sugar.  But my thinking, flawed or otherwise, is that once I have knocked off the weight I can then go back to my healthy living.

I am only weighing myself once a week so we will see next Wednesday how effective it is, or whether I overcompensate at the mealtimes that are not a shake?!
