My new work at KPMG has meant me travelling to Sydney three times in the first six weeks since I joined. One of the perks of this is getting to stay at The Langham Hotel.
It is so luxurious and girlie and I feel so relaxed when I am here. The staff are very friendly and create a luxurious stay without being OTT.
Indoor swimming pool, with spa and sauna room. Bliss, am going to head down there soon.
The rooms are white and fluffy and completely decadent but with a modern twist. I love the complimentary water, great selection of herbal teas, and also the amenity sets. They are quiet and I love it here.
I do really love my time away from the kids and the family and the demands and needs of being at home. I also really enjoy missing them all. It makes me happier on my return, especially when I make the time to focus on who I am being and my 'intent' of being with them. It is it a work in progress. As David Gray sings on his latest album and my music de jour, "I'm working on it".
