Personal Intent

Intention is so important.  Intention allows us to create subconsciously a way of being to bring to our present moment.

It is about who am I being in the moment.

For me this is super important. 

There are some other biggies though.  Identifying likely obstacles to me keeping to this intent.

So for example an intent to be a calm, loving, present mother.  Obstacles are running late for things, children being children (obstructionist, tantrums, not listening, etc), Damien not pulling his weight (in my eyes), annoying inanimate objects (like the bed I stub my toe on) etc.

Another intent is to be kind and loving to my body.  Obstacles are running late, doing too much (and therefore losing the routines that allow me to be kind and loving - good eating, exercise etc)
